Cooley Dickinson Hospital is seeking a Medical Infusion Center Registered Nurse in Northampton, MA to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. This on-site, per diem role reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and participates in a bargaining unit aligned with Mass General Brigham.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and adhere to unit policies and standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Education and clinical competence required for Therapeutic Phlebotomy within 3 months of hire.
• Chemotherapy administration capability is required.
• Port access skills are required and demonstrated.
• Excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.
• Follow established policies and report to the Nurse Manager/Director.
