Job summary

BayCare's RN Medical Group - Suncoast Urology in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the physician office team, delivering compassionate patient care and coordinating outcomes in a multi-specialty setting.

The shift is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with benefits including paid time off, a 401k match, annual performance bonuses, and community discounts as part of BayCare's workforce commitment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with Florida Department of Health.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• Technical nursing diploma or Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the physician's office health care team.
• Provide patient care using nursing process and standards, delegating tasks as appropriate.

• Location: St. Petersburg, FL - Suncoast Urology
• Status: Full Time (non-exempt)
• Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

The RN is responsible for:

• Supports the physician's office health care team
• Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols, delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Certification and Licensure:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) and
• RN (Registered Nurse) License - Florida Dept of Health

Education:

• Required Technical in Nursing or Associates in Nursing
• Preferred Bachelors in Nursing

Experience:

• Required 1 year of RN experience
• Preferred 1 year Medical Office experience
