Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking an RN for a Medical Group role in Tampa, FL. This full-time, onsite position supports a physician's office team, following nursing processes and established protocols to coordinate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the physician's office healthcare team
• Independently managing a group of patients using the nursing process
• Applying clinical standards and established protocols to support patient care needs
• Collaborating with providers and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team
• Reviewing patient information and coordinating follow-up activities as needed
• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Supporting quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Utilizing sound nursing judgment to support patient outcomes
• Performing other duties as assigned

Role Overview

As an RN - Medical Group, you will support the physician's office healthcare team by utilizing the nursing process, clinical standards, and established protocols to help manage and coordinate patient care.
