Your role includes coordinating high‑quality care based on clinical protocols and physician orders, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a supportive environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing process and clinical practices.
  • Proficient in assessments, medication administration, and monitoring side effects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with policies and the nursing process.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document findings accurately.
  • Provide age‑appropriate care and education.
  • Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document administration.
  • Assist physicians during procedures within scope and competency.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Respond to emergencies and participate in life‑saving interventions (CPR, code teams).
  • Advocate for patient rights and needs.
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post‑discharge care.
  • Apply infection control protocols to prevent healthcare‑associated infections.
  • Operate medical equipment (IV pumps, monitors, ventilators) as needed.
  • Promote patient safety, adhering to national goals and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Participate in audits, chart reviews, and compliance checks.
  • Make responsible decisions in planning, delegating, and delivering care.
  • Document care and education thoroughly and promptly.
  • Engage in professional development to maintain competency.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Telemetry RN Responsibilities
  • Use telemetry equipment to track vitals and assess cardiac rhythms.
  • Analyze telemetry data, identify trends and abnormalities, and report to physicians.
  • Provide direct patient care, medication administration, wound care, and education.
  • Recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies, implementing interventions.
Must‑Perform Duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years experience in a clinical nursing role or student rotations in acute care.

  • NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (preferable).
  • Refer to facility or unit‑specific guidelines for additional requirements.
