Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using the nursing process and determine priorities.
• Plan and update written nursing care plans with relevant data.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments accurately.
• Coordinate care with health team and communicate status to staff.
• Provide patient and family teaching and support post-discharge.
