We are searching for a talented RN for Med/Tele Unit

*UP TO $12,000 NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS*

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Hours: 36hrs

Shift: EVE/NIGHT, 7:15pm - 7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation

Looking for:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
  • Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
  • Three (3) months experience is preferred.

Atwood 4 is a 47 bed medical telemetry nursing unit. The patient population consists of individuals with multiple medical problems including, but not limited to: sepsis, stroke, seizures, NSTEMI's, heart failure, COPD, atrial fibrillation, and acute/chronic kidney disease. The goal of Atwood 4 is to provide comprehensive and collaborative patient care by skilled health care providers to optimize patient care and quality of life, while striving to deliver excellence in patient satisfaction. *Sign On Details

  • $12,000 New Hire Sign On with 3+ years of RN experience
  • $10,000 New Hire Sign On with 1-3 years of RN experience
  • $7,500 New Hire Sign On with less than 1 year of RN experience
  • Rehires termed greater than 1 year are eligible

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of the individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
  • Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
  • Three (3) months experience is preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $40.74 - USD $72.46 /Hr.
