Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or compact license).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required).
• PALS, ACLS, and Handle with Care certification preferred.
• One year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the Medical Surgical Department.
• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration.
• Documents patient care and monitors patient condition.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Skills
