Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an RN for Med Surg Telemetry on a weekend incentive schedule. The unit handles stroke and cardiopulmonary conditions with a focus on education, discharge planning and comprehensive stroke care. Expect 24‑hour shifts with a weekend incentive program bonus and a collaborative team environment.

The role requires Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS certification, and telemetry knowledge or completion of Basic Arrhythmia Recognition within 6 months. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Telemetry knowledge or completed Basic Arrhythmia Recognition within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Complete assessments, administer medications, wound treatments, observe progress and evaluate therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop an optimal care plan for each patient.
• Educate patients and their families to achieve maximum outcomes.
