Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care required.
• RN license in good standing with state requirements.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per policies and nursing process.
• Administers medications, monitors for side effects, documents administration.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competencies and scope.
• Collaborates to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/Code team activities.
• Maintains infection control and ensures patient safety throughout care.
