Advocate Health’s Lexington Medical Surgical & Telemetry Unit A is seeking an RN to join a 36-hour work week schedule (Three 12-hour shifts, 7pm–7am) with every third weekend requirements. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, safety, and teamwork across the continuum.

Applicants must have an accredited nursing program, NC RN license, BLS certification, and over one year of RN experience. Join our collaborative team delivering high-quality care with advanced telemetry capabilities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• More than 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to create a safe patient environment and positive experience.
