Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med/Surg Telemetry unit (22 beds) in Richmond, KY. This full-time, first-shift position focuses on general medical-surgical and telemetry patients, with a variety of post-operative and acute conditions.

You will deliver professional nursing care under supervision, adhering to established procedures and nursing processes to promote healing and wellness.

Qualifications

• RN licensure recognized by Kentucky State Board
• BLS certification required
• ACLS & PALS within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS within 3 months of hire
• Temporary Kentucky work permit acceptable

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Delegate nursing activities and supervise delivery of care
• Follow nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation
