Job summary
Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver high-quality patient care on 6 North/South Med/Surg and Telemetry Units. You will interact with patients and families, and contribute to education during the care journey.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program).
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through AHA or American Red Cross.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification must be presented upon hire or within first year if in a Critical Care area.
- One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
- Educate patients and their families.
