Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI ) is seeking an RN for Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS Tele) on a 14-week contract in California. The role requires 1+ year of Med/Surg/tele experience and involves 3x12 night shifts with telemetry monitoring and direct patient care.

The RN will assess patients, administer medications, monitor rhythms, coordinate care, and participate in discharge planning, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Med/Surg/tele experience within last three years.

Responsabilités

• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ conditions, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor telemetry readings and report abnormal rhythms or changes in patient conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Assist with daily living activities, patient education, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection-control and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status.
