Job summary

As a Registered Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health – Lake Pointe in Rowlett, TX, you will oversee patient care on the 3 West Medical-Surgical unit, performing assessments, formulating care plans, and coordinating with the team during full-time night shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of Medical-Surgical or Telemetry experience; Basic Life Support is required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical, Surgical, Telemetry RN experience.
• RN License required.

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare. Help patients and prevent issues. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
