Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical Tele unit in Carrollton, TX. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team, guided by nursing models to ensure outstanding outcomes and patient experience.

You will assess patients, administer meds, document care, respond to needs, and educate families about conditions and treatment plans, translating complex information when needed.

Qualifications

• RN license required in the state.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift; report changes.
• Administer medications, monitor response, and document care.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, meds, side effects, and follow-up.
