Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for part-time or full-time roles in the Medical-Surgical/Bariatrics unit. The position involves delivering individualized nursing care, administering medications, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care.

Required qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS are preferred.

Job Summary

$5,000 Sign on Bonus Available for Full time and Part time positions. (Per diem positions NOT eligible. Current WDH RN's NOT eligible)

Pay Range: $38.71 - $67.87

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
• Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
