Mercy Carthage Hospital in Carthage, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs with no contract, and Mercy's benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, tuition support, and retirement plans for those working 32+ hours.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years bedside related experience.
• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure for nursing duties performed.
• Certifications: American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or course completed within probationary period.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy Service Standards and mission.
