Job summary

Mercy Carthage is seeking an experienced RN to provide patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years bedside experience, a nursing degree (AD/ Diploma/ BSN), an active RN license (state or compact), and AHA Healthcare Provider certification. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years bedside related experience.
• Education: Graduate from a nursing program (AD/ Diploma/ BSN).
• Licensure: Active RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: AHA Healthcare Provider card or equivalent per probation period.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain professional accountability.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
