Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating care for Med/Surg patients.
• Instructing patients and families on medications and treatments.
• Maintaining and reviewing patient records, including test results.
• Administering medications as per physician orders.

Qualifications required:

• Florida RN license or appropriate compact license; active FL RN license required within 60 days if holding a compact license.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Previous acute care experience preferred.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and PC proficiency.
