Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, Delaware, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Women’s and Children’s Unit. You will care for pediatric patients along with post-partum and med-surg overflow patients, building on at least one year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, implement, and evaluate the Patient Plan of Care and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes and serve as a strong patient advocate.
• Ensure timely implementation of nursing interventions.
• Demonstrate appropriate clinical skills and technical competence in providing patient care.
• Apply sound critical thinking and clinical judgment in all aspects of care.
• Assess, analyze, and communicate patient information in a timely manner.
• Accurately and promptly document all assessments, interventions, patient responses, and provider communication.
• Assess patient safety risk factors and identify patients requiring specific safety interventions, including skin integrity, fall risk, and appropriate use of restraints.
