Job summary

Southeast Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical/Surgical Services. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple East units, aligning with hospital policy and the department’s standards.

The role requires an active RN license in Alabama, English proficiency, and ACLS/BCLS training (ACLS preferred). Day shift 7:00 am–7:00 pm, 0.9 FTE, located in Dothan, Alabama.

Qualifications

• RN license in Alabama required.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• ACLS course completion preferred.
• BCLS course completion required.
• EKG/ECG course completion beneficial.
• Experience using Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric Medical/Surgical patients.
• Follow hospital policies and procedures and support mission/values.
• Collaborate with care team to meet patient needs in 2 East–7 East units.
