Job summary

Aurora Medical Center - Grafton is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg Orthopedics unit (MS4) in Grafton, WI. This 16-bed unit cares for adolescents through geriatrics, with emphasis on orthopedic post-surgical care.

The RN will provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, uphold safety and standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across the continuum of care. Night shift, weekend rotations, and 0.9 FTE apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
