Job summary

Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA is seeking an RN for the Ortho/Neuro unit. The role supports acute care patients with CVA/TIA and postoperative orthopedic care, engaging in leadership, rounds, and safety initiatives.

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care, coordinates with the care team, and utilizes EPIC in a fast-paced hospital setting. A strong patient-centered approach is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Georgia RN license required.
• ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications preferred or required within orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments across the lifecycle.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Coordinate care with staff and physicians to achieve outcomes.
• Document care accurately in the patient record.
