Qualifications

Degree in nursing and active RN license.
English fluency in reading, speaking and writing.
Experience in acute hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust them as needed.
Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
