Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to deliver newborn through adult care using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will coordinate care across assigned staff and uphold standards of practice within Piedmont policies.

Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, Georgia RN licensure, BCLS, and, depending on unit, ACLS/PALS and other certifications within six months of start date.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program.
• Georgia RN licensure required.
• BCLS certification required.
• New graduates welcome; nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
• ACLS/PALS/advanced certifications may be required within 6 months depending on unit.

Responsabilités

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Functions within organizational policies and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.
• Coordinates patient care activities of all assigned staff to provide quality nursing care.
