Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle, following nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. The nurse will work within organizational policies and coordinate patient care activities to ensure quality outcomes.

Applicants should be a graduate from a nursing program with RN licensure and BLS; ACLS is highly preferred and supportive certifications may be required within orientation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program is required.
• New graduates eligible.
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using nursing processes.
