Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 6 months RN acute care experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on plans of care.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to support staff.
• Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age.
• Maintain professional accountability and ongoing development.
