Location: Tallahassee, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (W2)

Salary Range: $71,000 to $96,000/year

Relocation & Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 sign-on + relocation support available

Their Med-Surg Oncology unit is expanding, and they are looking for a nurse ready to lead with compassion and clinical confidence.

The Role

You will provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a medical-surgical setting, including monitoring vital signs, managing chemotherapy regimens, supporting recovery, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and monitor for side effects
• Collaborate with oncology teams and case managers
• Track lab results, assess changes in condition, and escalate as needed
• Support patients and families through education and emotional care
• Maintain documentation in line with cancer center standards

What You'l'l Bring

• Experience Level: Mid-Level
• Active RN License (Florida or compact)
• 1-2 years of experience in oncology or med-surg required
• ONS Chemotherapy certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
