Qualifications

Job description

Start in Med-Surg and then cross-train to Obstetrics (Mom/Baby) and the Emergency Room. There is also an opportunity to train to become a nursing supervisor or charge nurse.

Summary
  • Coordinate and supervise care provided by other professionals on your team.
  • Perform duties related to assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
  • Assess and plan for the educational needs of patients, clients, and families.
Schedule
  • Full-time | 60 hours per two weeks
  • Rotating 12-hour shifts - Day/Night
  • Includes every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays
Pay and Benefits (2025)
  • Pay based on experience and degree:
    • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $37.97/hour
    • Bachelor's in nursing starting at $38.34/hour
    • Pay range: $37.97 - $56.82/hour
  • Extra pay for night shifts: +$1.50/hour
  • $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates!
  • Full benefits include medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts, and more!
  • Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available
  • Qualifications
    • Associate degree in Nursing or higher
    • Current Minnesota RN License
    • Basic Life Support (BLS); education component if unable to complete certification
    • ACLS education within 6 months of hire
    • NRP education within 1 year of hire
    • Trauma education as per Level 4 trauma criteria within 1 year of hire

    Redwood Hospital is a 12-bed facility serving Redwood Falls, Morton, and nearby communities in Minnesota. It’s one of the newest hospital facilities in the state!
