Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Med/Surg unit. This full-time night shift role is 36 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays, offering a competitive sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth.

You will provide compassionate, quality patient care, collaborate with the Therapy team, and uphold Mercy's commitment to safe, evidence-based practice while supporting patients on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Physical requirements: ability to push/pull/lift 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and flexibility to bend/kneel/twist.
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Med/Surg.
• Collaborate with Therapy and other teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and document care appropriately.
