Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical department in the United States. The role delivers coordinated nursing care, supervises staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines using clinical judgment and independent decision-making.

Required are RN licensure, CPR/BLS, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, with a BSN preferred. Acute care facility experience is a plus and supervision of nursing staff may be involved.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)
• Acute care facility experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications
