Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients, following established standards and the nursing process. This role requires clinical judgment and supervision of staff as needed.

The RN will collect data, develop and implement care plans, coordinate with other disciplines, and evaluate progress to achieve outcomes while maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; acute care facility experience preferred.
• Proficient in applying the nursing process and clinical judgment.

Job Summary

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)
• Acute care facility experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice (Required)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy (Required)
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS (Required)
