Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO seeks a Registered Nurse for Med Surg General Surgery 3W. The role requires current Missouri RN licensure (or compact) with BLS. Perform nursing duties, coordinate care, and safeguard patient rights in a fast‑paced hospital setting.

Full‑time night shift with a 36‑hour workweek and a sign‑on bonus; education options include ADN, Diploma, or BSN. Prior hospital experience is preferred but not required for new grads.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or to be completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
