Adventist Health Hanford seeks a registered nurse to deliver coordinated patient care in a 173-bed hospital and its outpatient clinics, following established standards of care, the nursing process, and supervising nursing staff while coordinating with other disciplines.
You will collect data, develop and implement care plans, evaluate outcomes, participate in discharge planning, and ensure safe, humane treatment. CA RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification are required; BSN is preferred.
Located in a tight‑knit community in Kings County, Adventist Health Hanford has been serving the Central Valley since 1965. We are a 173‑bed hospital and many outpatient clinics offering primary and specialty care services in a family‑friendly atmosphere. Within an hour’s travel time, Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks can be enjoyed.
Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
