Union Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic, in Dover, Ohio, seeks an experienced RN to join the 6100 Medical Floor. You will deliver direct nursing care, develop and revise care plans, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate discharge needs.

Union Hospital’s 6100 Medical Floor provides care to patients ages 18 and above with chronic illnesses, such as COPD, CHF, and diabetes, and post‑op patients who have had a knee replacement, shoulder surgery, hip replacement, colostomies, and exploratory laps. This unit has caregivers ranging from new graduates to 30+ years of experience, and they all work collaboratively to provide the best possible care to their patients. As an RN on this unit, you will deliver exceptional care throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed. Here, you will have the opportunity to advance your nursing skills each day and climb the clinical ladder.
