Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required or seven+ years of direct experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a closely related field with a Bachelor's degree required.

• Oversee clinical operations in the medical-surgical department, ensuring safe, efficient patient care and compliance with standards.
