Job summary

Indiana University Health North Hospital in Carmel, IN, is seeking upcoming or recent nursing graduates for a pipeline position in the Adult Med/Surg unit. You will gain critical skills in physical assessment, IV therapy, catheter and tubing management, phlebotomy, and complex drips while partnering with a supportive leadership team.

Qualified candidates hold an ASN with Indiana RN licensure (NLC accepted), BLS, and a willingness to grow through preceptor roles.

Qualifications

• RN license active in Indiana or NLC.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• Two years acute care experience exceptions reviewed by CNO.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the Adult Med/Surg unit.
• Demonstrate clinical skills and critical thinking.
• Assist with unit preceptor and charge duties.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality outcomes.
