Woodland Heights is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg department on days. This full-time role focuses on patient-centered care, collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and adherence to clinical protocols.

You will provide education, coordinate care plans, and participate in life-saving interventions as needed. Experience in acute care is valued, with licensure and certifications required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and care teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Telemetry RN responsibilities include monitoring heart rhythms and reporting to physicians.
