Job summary

Join Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital as an RN on the 3 South Med/Surg unit. You will deliver patient-centered care on a 32-bed unit, participate in care planning, and support discharge planning while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure and BLS certification.
• ACLS certification if in a Critical Care area; required within first year if applicable.
• One year of acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Implement, monitor, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient conditions; administer medications and treatments.
• Follow physician orders and coordinate discharge needs.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
