MedCadre is seeking a skilled RN Med/Surg Clinical Resource to provide expert nursing support, guidance, and high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting. You will act as a clinical resource, mentor staff, and ensure safe, effective patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, assessment, and collaboration with care teams to coordinate patient care and maintain documentation in compliance with nursing standards.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and active RN license as required by the state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous Med/Surg nursing experience required.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
