Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Charge to oversee patient care and ensure adherence to nursing regulations and organizational priorities. You will evaluate patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and create personalized care plans to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who has completed an established program in Nursing.
• At least 2 years in the field.
• Registered Nurse License.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of being hired.

Job Summary

The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.

Essential Functions of the Role

• You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes.
• You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.
