Job summary

The RN Clinical Nurse at Wellstar Health System is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting. You will work under Nurse Managers, guided by evidence-based practice and the Wellstar Professional Practice Model.

This role requires an RN license, BLS, a minimum of 2 years direct patient care, and strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or nursing diploma; Bachelor preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process to deliver patient-centered care.
• Coordinate care via interdisciplinary rounds and documentation.
• Mentor other nurses and support professional development.
