Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and individual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate safe, quality care and maintain documentation.
• Participate in governance, improvement initiatives, and staff education as applicable.
