Qualifications

• Licensed RN (IDFPR) in good standing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (AHA).
• Education: College Diploma in Nursing; Work experience: RN >1 year.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care in the patient record.
• Administer medications following the 5 Rights (patient, medication, route, dose, time).
• Ensure patient safety: fall precautions, infection control, and equipment safety.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and update care plans.
