The hospital emphasizes a clinical ladder with pay increases on successful completion; full-time staff eligible for a $10,000 bonus. Previous acute care experience preferred. BLS and ACLS requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Provide direct care while supervising nursing staff per Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, and improve quality of care.
