Qualifications

• Licensure and/or specialty certification as required by the work area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care and education.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and continuum of care.
• Provide leadership through preceptor roles and quality improvement.
• Delegate patient care according to skill level, patient acuity, and resources.
