Brookestone Acres in Columbus, Nebraska, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our team dedicated to Quality Life for residents. This role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation and collaboration with the care team.

The RN will focus on MDS, restorative programs, admission orders, and comprehensive assessments, while participating in care plan meetings, rounds, audits and IDT. On-call rotation occurs every 5 weeks; schedule is Mon–Fri 9:00am–4:00pm (30 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with CPR certification.
• High personal integrity, caring attitude and positive image.
• Written communications are important for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Focus on MDS and restorative program.
• Manage admission orders and head-to-toe assessments.
• Participate in care plan meetings, rounds, audits and IDT.
