The role focuses on MDS, restorative programs, admission orders, head-to-toe assessments, care-plan meetings, rounds, and IDT involvement. On-call rotation every 5 weeks; schedule Monday to Friday 9am–4pm; 30 hours per week; pay varies by experience.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification and RN license.

• Strong verbal and written communication for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Head-to-toe assessments and rounds/IDT participation.
• On-call rotation every 5 weeks.
• Mon–Fri schedule 9:00 am–4:00 pm; 30 hours/week.
• Compensation depends on experience.
