Job summary

SALMON Health and Retirement seeks a Registered Nurse to oversee MDS/RAI PPS processes for residents receiving skilled care at Beaumont Westborough. The role requires current MA RN licensure and experience with MDS assessments and ARD coordination.

The candidate should have familiarity with RUGs, CASPER/QIES, and compliance with OBRA and state/federal regulations, working with an interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate documentation and optimal reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in MDS RAI PPS process preferred.
• Certification in Nurse Assessment Coordinator or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate MDS assessments for residents receiving skilled care and coordinates ARD dates to maximize reimbursement.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to review RUGs and CASPER/QIES data updates.
• Maintains compliance with OBRA, Joint Commission, DPH and related regulations.
