Job summary

Signature HealthCARE LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Reimbursement Specialist (RN) to support the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), PPS, QM measures, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines across SHC facilities. This role requires current multi-state RN licensure and at least five years of long-term care experience, with 80–90% travel to assigned sites.

You will train stakeholders, perform audits, mentor MDS coordinators, and lead RAI/MDS/PPS processes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of five years related experience as a licensed RN in a long-term care setting.
• MDS experience in LTC in the past two years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RAI, PPS, QM measures, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines for all SHC stakeholders.
• Design and present RAI, PPS, QM education using media, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.
• Conduct facility visits to orient new MDS Coordinators and reinforce RAI/MDS/PPS processes.
